In order to qualify as a member of press you must provide two of the following required documents:
An official business card from an independent media organization showing your job title as one of the following: editor, writer, contributor, columnist, author, correspondent, or other title indicating your working in a non-sales/marketing role.
An article published online or in print within the last 6 months displaying your name and job title as writing or contributing to the article
A magazine masthead printed within the last six months displaying your name and job title as an editor, writer, contributor, columnist, author, correspondent, or official title indicating your work in a non sales/marketing role
To avoid on-site registration lines, we recommend that all members of the press complete their registration before arriving on site. To inquire for press registration, please send an email including an attached copy of your credentials to Christie Smith: csmith@miningindaba.com
All confirmed press registrants will receive a reminder email including directions for on-site badge retrieval, on-site guidelines and other important information with regards to Mining Indaba 2011.
All press registrations are subject to the approval of Mining Indaba LLC. We reserve the right to refuse press credentials if they do not meet the standards set by Mining Indaba LLC.
