Kishore has served on numerous boards and has over 30 years’ experience as a Professional Accountant, Management Consultant and is a licenced Business Rescue Practitioner in South Africa.   
In addition to accounting qualifications he holds an MBA and Post Graduate Diploma in Law through the University of Kwa Zulu Natal.
Kishore was responsible as the business rescue practitioner and later the director, for the recovery and turnaround of Manganex Mine (Pty) Ltd, a manganese mine in the North West Province of South Africa.  He currently is a director of Itcol Mining Limited, Zambia and Evergreen Shipping (Pty) Ltd, South Africa.

While pursuing a low production cost, single-site open pit mining, the company continued to identify other high value minerals in the Central Province of Zambia and the districts surrounding Mkushi.
In October 2019, Itcol secured a Large-Scale Exploration Licence No. 25214-HQ-LEL extending over one hundred and two thousand hectares in the Central Province of Zambia, an area which has highly materialised with Aquamarine, Cobalt, Copper, Gold, Iron Ore, Manganese, Tourmaline,  Lithium, Titanium,  Lead, and Zinc.
The company seeks strategic partners.
