Tshepo Makelane is Senior Vice President: Supplier Partnerships & Project Logistics at Imperial. A supply chain professional and practitioner, he has worked in various industries including FMCG, utilities and oil & gas.
Formerly Vice President: Supply Chain of a leading petrochemical company, Tshepo is an experienced business leader and board director, and is passionate about the supply chain profession and its positioning as a key value creator for business. In particular, Tshepo believes in developing and mentoring the next generation of supply chain leaders.
Outside of work, Tshepo enjoys philanthropy and being a social partner. He is currently Chairman of the Makelane Foundation, which focuses on supporting under-served township schools and partners with community-based charities.
