Mining Indaba - ANARPAM

The National Agency for Geological Research and Mining Patrimony (ANARPAM) absorbed the Mauritanian Office for Geological Research (OMRG), by decree of 28 May 2020. ANARPAM's missions focus on its role as a public body in geological research, as a promoter of the mining sector and as a mining operator mandated by the government to mining companies. The agency is also responsible for providing technical assistance to the State and third parties and for providing all mining services in Mauritania.
