Steyn Reddy Associates (SRA) is a global leader in land access and resettlement. We are a one-stop shop for all land access and resettlement services.

In short, we help mining companies access the land they need, on time and budget, and manage their displacement impacts through resettlement and livelihood restoration processes.

Our services include everything involved in such processes, from the earliest stages of project due diligence, through baseline studies, impact assessment and mitigation, and community negotiations, through to preparation and implementation of comprehensive resettlement and livelihood restoration plans, including construction of resettlement communities, oversight of physical moves, and delivery of supportive programs.
Our team comprises some of the most experienced and talented practitioners working in the field today. We have successfully managed hundreds of land access and resettlement projects, from start to finish, in more than 50 countries around the world.

We work with leading organisations in the mining sector, including Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Newmont, as well as mid-tier and junior mining companies.

We are also a recognised thought leader in the field. We co-authored a well-known guide, and publish a popular and comprehensive Insight Series, as well as occasional Briefing Notes on key topics.
