Abdulrahman Al-Belushi

Assistant Deputy Minister of Mining Enablement Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Abdulrahman is leading Enhancing the Saudi mining sector competitiveness and oversight of the mining strategy. He is also in charge of the exploration licensing rounds with extensive experience in resource economics and strategy implementation.

He holds two master’s degrees in Mining & Energy economics from the Colorado school of Mines, and Institute of French Petroleum (IFP)
