Briony Liber is a Committee member and Mentoring Lead for Women in Mining South Africa. In her private capacity she is an executive coach working with STEM professionals in the mining industry. She has a +22 year background in the mining industry and prior to moving into the field of coaching she focussed on ESG risk management, was a Partner in a leading natural resources consulting firm and built up extensive experience as a team member of mine due diligences for funding and investment decisions. She is an introvert who has learned how to show up as an extrovert and thrives on building connections and relationships. She works with her clients to navigate the transition from technical to strategic competencies and helps them cultivate compassion, curiosity, courage and creativity in the way lead.
