David Mparutsa

Head: Enterprise & Supply Chain Development Absa Corporate and Investment Banking (Absa CIB)

As Head of Enterprise & Supply Chain Development (ESD) for the Absa Corporate & Investment Bank, David is responsible for defining and implementing the ESD strategy, which looks to leverage corporate partnerships to improve access to finance for suppliers and distributors in corporate value chains. This has a particular focus on supporting local content and skills development within the mining sector.

David has over 17 years banking experience and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He also holds a World Bank certification for Banking Executives through George Washington University.
