Manoli is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of VoltVision, a fast growing technology company that specialises in the digitization of high and medium voltage industrial power networks, transforming power data into actionable information. Prior to founding VoltVision, Manoli spent 20 years managing operating mines and mineral exploration projects in Africa and South America. He has also acted as CEO of a publicly listed mining company, as well as founding a number of small fast-growth technology companies operating in the mining, energy and renewables space.

VoltVision helps mining companies reduce energy costs, reduce downtime, reduce CO2 emissions and improve emissions reporting by providing ‘quick-win’, low-cost solutions that deliver fast ROI. This is enabled through a unique ‘Plug and Play' data extraction gateway and advanced AI platform, providing near real-time automated analysis and visualisation of power data. Voltvision’s solutions help mining companies deliver on their decarbonisation targets and continuously monitor their industrial power networks and assets, giving C-Suite and management teams increased visibility and control of their critical assets and power network.

VoltVision has recently expanded its international presence with the opening of a global power analytics centre in Johannesburg and is currently supporting multiple clients in the Middle East and Africa.
