As the Critical Minerals Advisor in the Economic Diplomacy Directorate of the Foreign Affairs Ministry, Nicolas Leconte coordinates the external side of the French Critical Minerals Securitization of Supply Strategy in close relation with the Critical Minerals Interministerial Delegate, the Energy Transition ministry, the Industry ministry and geosurveys such as the Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières (BRGM).
