He has deep passion for organisation design and behavioural change management. He uses his extensive organizational design experience to lead large scale corporate transitions across sectors and industries, with the primary focus on the Energy, Resources and Industrials sector. He has co-authored and published articles about Future of Work in the Mining industry.
