Raksha Naidoo is the Chief Executive Officer of The Particle Group, a global producer of Certified Reference Materials with operations in South Africa and Canada. A scientist by training and strategist by nature, she has built her career at the intersection of technical excellence, business growth, people and leadership. Having spent more than two decades in the mining industry, Raksha has progressed from a laboratory chemist to executive leadership, bringing both technical depth and commercial perspective to the businesses and organisations she serves. As CEO of The Particle Group, she leads its global growth strategy while remaining deeply committed to building a high performance culture where people are given the opportunity to grow, contribute and lead. Beyond her executive role, Raksha serves as a Director of Apex Industrial Holdings and a Board Member of South Africa’s Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources. She is also a Board Director of Women in Mining South Africa, following a three-year term as Chairperson, and has contributed to global industry dialogue through the B20 Task Force on Industrial Transformation and Innovation. A recognised industry leader and advocate for greater inclusion in mining, Raksha has been named among the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining, the Power of Women in Mining, and the Top 50 Pan-African Female Leaders in Energy.
