Playing a change agent role, South African based black-women led and controlled technical and management advisory firm LEI Advisory, (a division of Letaba Elihle Investments), is offering a unique solution for operationally distressed mining companies that have been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak.

LEI Advisory is offering a “skin in the game” solution that is based on a risk/reward sharing model to assist operationally distressed mining companies to develop and successfully implement a “new game plan”, amidst the current crisis.

This is on the back of LEI Advisory’s expertise in business turnaround interventions and operational improvement.

In essence, the LEI Advisory team are offering to come in as impact players/change agents to catalyse performance by providing “on the field” capacity to the owner’s team.
