North Arrow Minerals is a Vancouver, Canada based exploration company. After over a decade exploring tor diamonds in Canada, the company, led by Eira Thomas, a founder and past President and CEO of Lucara Diamonds, is now focused on gold exploration in southern Botswana. In 2024 the company partnered with Rockman Resources, a private Gaborone-based company to earn a 60% interest in the Kraaipan Gold Project. Rockman brings with them proprietary exploration tools designed specifically for exploration in Kalahari terrain. In a first pass UAV mag and RC drilling campaign conducted in 2025, the joint venture has assessed approximately 45 km of strike the Kraaipan Greenstone Belt in Botswana uncovering 6 target areas with anomalous gold, 5 of which lie beneath less than 10 m of Kalahari overburden. Follow-up exploration work for is currently being budgeted and planned for 2026. The Kraaipan Greenstone Belt is a proven producer of gold 40 km south of the property, with Harmony Gold's Kalgold Mine, which has been in operation] for over 25 years.
