Sarmin Metals Pte. Ltd. (SMPL), registered in Singapore, is an emerging mining company specializing in high-value ventures focused on iron ore and base metals. The company places strong emphasis on logistical efficiency and follows a phased development strategy designed to identify and advance high-grade ore deposits in targeted regions. This approach enables low-risk, small-scale production that accelerates cash flow and supports funding for subsequent expansion phases. SMPL operates in the Republic of Liberia through its wholly owned subsidiary, West26 Pte. Ltd., which holds two strategic iron ore exploration licenses: the Gibi Mountain License and the Nimba South License. The Gibi Iron Ore Project encompasses the licensed area covering Gibi Mountain and Zezia Hills (Targets T1–T5), situated approximately 70 kilometers from Buchanan Port. The project is set to utilize the existing AML-operated rail corridor, providing a direct 85-kilometer transport linking mine to the port. Initial development is focused on Zezia Hills (Target T1), a promising deposit spanning roughly 20 square kilometers. Targeted area is expected to support an initial annual production capacity of up to 3 million tonnes, with plans for progressive ramp-up. Since 2023, the project has undergone extensive geological mapping, geophysical analysis, and airborne surveys, culminating in over 10,000 meters of core diamond drilling. The current Phase 3 drilling campaign has revealed deep-seated, high-grade magnetite mineralization with iron content exceeding 62% Fe and thicknesses approaching 175 meters over a sizable area.
