SEGUCE RDC

SEGUCE RDC is the operating company of the Guichet Unique Intégral du Commerce Extérieur in the DRC, which deploys a neutral electronic platform accessible 24/7 to facilitate all import and export operations of the foreign trade community in the DRC, known as "GUICE". A reform of the Congolese state, GUICE has 5 priorities, the first of which is to provide solutions to facilitate and simplify the country's foreign trade. The second is to guarantee the traceability of logistics operations. The third is to ensure the transparency and traceability of the various parties involved. The penultimate point concerns the reduction of costs and lead times for logistics operations. Last but not least, this reform should ensure compliance with international and environmental standards, by making foreign trade transactions paperless. Today, the DRC's GUICE has established itself as one of Africa's most important one-stop-shops, with over 25,000 users trained in both government departments and international trade operators in the DRC.
