Asiphe Nhleko is an award-winning innovator, entrepreneur, emerging mining professional, and youth advocate passionate about sustainability, innovation, and empowering the next generation of leaders. She is the founder of Innovation for a Sustainable Future, a platform dedicated to advancing practical solutions to real-world challenges while inspiring young people to drive meaningful change.

Recognised among South Africa's rising young leaders, Asiphe has received multiple awards for innovation and entrepreneurship, including being named Best Innovator of the Year by the University of the Witwatersrand. She currently serves as a Mining Intern at Lesego Platinum Group while pursuing her studies in Mining Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand.

A former student leader and global youth representative, Asiphe has represented South African youth on international platforms, including the ECOSOC Youth Forum in New York. Through her work, she continues to champion innovation, youth empowerment, sustainability, and the future of women in mining.
