How do I book accommodation near the event venue?

Iccommodate is our official accommodation partner. They have the largest room blocks and have negotiated lower rates with a range of hotel and accommodation providers. You can use their dedicated booking site https://iccommodate-events.co.za/mining-indaba-2027 or send an enquiry to miningindaba@iccommodate.co.za . Please note we do not work with any other agency or accommodation provider. We would always advise you to book through iccommodate to prevent from any mis selling or fraudulent activity.

How do I request a visa invitation letter?

We provide visa invitation letters for registered delegates. Contact registration@miningindaba.com with your request.

Venue details, parking and how to get there

Mining Indaba is being held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC 1) located on Convention Square, 1 Lower Long Street, 8001. Car parking is available at the CTICC in Car Park P1 for a daily fee. Taxis and Ubers can stop at the dedicated drop zones on Walter Sisulu Avenue for CTICC 1 and Heerengracht Street for CTICC 2.
