Previously Discovery Manager for Zambia’s segment of the Central African Copper Belt, she built robust prospect portfolios and advanced permits in complex jurisdictions. A former President of AZMEC, she convened industry, government, and communities to promote responsible sector growth. Known for developing diverse, high performing teams and forging trusted stakeholder partnerships, she negotiates third party agreements, secures permits, and keeps execution predictable. A Fulbright Scholar, she holds an MSc in Geology from the Colorado School of Mines. Passionate about reimagining mining to improve lives, she brings deep technical insight with an innovation first mindset. She is fluent in Spanish and English and comfortable operating across cultures.
