Andrew is a trusted business coach, professional facilitator and strategic advisor with over 37 years of experience in Industry and Consulting. His passion is advising and coaching people destined to make a difference in the world. His consulting work is almost exclusively in mining, where he helps clients with difficult strategic choices. He has a specific speciality in socio-economic sustainability in the mining industry. Andrew recently retired from Deloitte where he had been a Partner for 10 years, specialising in Corporate and Business Unit Strategy. He also led the Energy, Resources and Industrials practice for Deloitte in Africa, as well as the CEO programme. Prior to Deloitte, Andrew was a Partner at the Monitor Group and North Road Consulting. He started his Consulting career at Bain & Company in Johannesburg and London. Prior to his consulting career, Andrew enjoyed a successful career in General Management at an Industrial group of companies.
