Benjamin leads KoBold Metals in the DRC, bringing over 12 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong focus on legal, compliance, logistics and infrastructure. He held key roles at Tenke Fungurume Mining, one of the world’s largest copper and cobalt operations, including Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance Officer, Import/Export Manager, and Head of Logistics and Infrastructure Projects. He later served as General Manager of CMOC Kinsanfu Mining, the world’s largest cobalt producer. Before joining KoBold Metals, he was Managing Director for the DRC at C. Steinweg Group, a global logistics company.
