Billy Mawasha is CEO of Kolobe Nala Investment Company, with investments in mining, logistics, and energy. He previously led Rio Tinto in South Africa and served as Managing Director of Richards Bay Minerals, with earlier roles at Anglo American Kumba Iron Ore, AngloGold Ashanti, and De Beers. Billy is a Certified Director and Non-Executive Director of Exxaro Resources and AECI. A Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, he serves on global and academic advisory bodies. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Cape Town.
