Chali is a financial services expert and strategist with background in corporate sales and leadership in a career covering agriculture, insurance and finance. Chali previously held sales and underwriting roles in the banking and insurance sectors. He has managed portfolios for Commercial, Emergent and Smallholder Farmers, SMEs, Corporate Clients and Consumer Clients. Previously, he has worked for Dunavant Coon, Madison Insurance and Stanbic Bank. He holds a Master’s Degree in Development Finance from Stellenbosch University, Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Zambia, a Diploma in Insurance Studies, a Diploma in Sustainable Business Leadership from the Swedish Institute and an Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme Certificate.
