Daniel is a partner leading the ERI industry sector for Deloitte Africa’s Audit and Assurance team. He specialises in auditing JSE and NYSE listed clients preparing financial statements using either IFRS or US GAAP utilising international audit standards and/or PCAOB auditing standards. Daniel assists clients on the advisory side in relation to corporate regulations and accounting requirements when embarking on IPO’s, control refresh/remediation projects, spin-off’s, calve-outs and other business change/restructuring. He has worked extensively with African based miners and enjoys solution driven engagements.
