Elitza’s career in Shell spans across more than 20 years of local, global and international leadership positions in Marketing, Sales and Business Development across a range of customer-facing businesses – Lubricants, Mobility, Commercial Fuels and Fleet. In her current role, Elitza is responsible for developing and delivering product and service solutions for Mining, working together with customers and Shell experts across countries and regions to help Miners enhance operational efficiency, productivity and sustainability. She sees a strategic role for Mining in enabling the energy and digital transformation across the entire industry value chain, and promotes sector collaborations to drive these exciting opportunities.
