He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Information Technology. His career spans both regional and global roles, with experience across engineering, electrical construction, sales leadership, and business management. In his roles as Global Strategic Sales Lead and Global Account Manager, Erik focuses on client-centric sales consultancy, supporting mining companies in accelerating their transition toward an all-electric mine future. Through strategically optimised technology rollouts, his work contributes to improved sustainability, operational efficiency, and safety across mining operations worldwide.
