Fengxue Song is the Executive Director of the Mining Investment Department at China-Africa Development Fund. With over 15 years of experience investing in mineral industry, especially in Africa. He has a proven track record in project evaluation, investment structuring, and portfolio management. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, transaction structuring, political and community risk mitigation, as well as full-cycle asset management for mining investment projects in Africa.
