Gennady has 15 years of experience across physical trading, marketing, offtake, prepay, structuring, origination and BD with a primary focus on base, battery and critical metals. These have included copper, nickel, cobalt, lithium, tungsten, molybdenum in different forms and of different origins. His previous roles have spanned Anglo American Marketing, Sumitomo Corporation, Noble Group. His mandate always focused on growing third party trading volumes through various means, including prepays, structured trade finance and other debt linked facilities. The expansion of trading volume was across complementary products and novel commodities. His current role at Net Zero Resources includes oversight over primary and secondary battery metals trading, critical metals trading and financing and advisory across the aforementioned.
