Over recent years, he has helped modernise MetCon’s operations, investing in technology, systems and talent to improve efficiency, accuracy and customer service across the value chain. His work is driven by a desire to simplify complexity, close gaps between industry players, and create practical solutions that benefit both miners and jewellery partners. Grant is passionate about adding value to African minerals, supporting local consumption and only then, exporting into the rest of the world.
