Hongyang Chen, Deputy Director of Research Center for Computational Earth and Space Science of Zhejiang Laboratory, IET Fellow, is mainly engaged in the research of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence, and Big Models. He has served as editor of several well-known IEEE journals and chair of IEEE international conferences. He is the chair of the National Key Research and Development Program, and the top-level project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 100 papers in ACM/IEEE journals and CCF-A conferences. Holds more than 30 international patents in the field of ICT, and many patents have been adopted as international standards. He was awarded the Best Student Paper Award of ICDM2023, the Global Champion of OGB Graph Machine Learning Challenge, the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the IEEE Distinguished Lecturer in 2020, and was honored as the “China Intelligent Computing Science and Technology Innovator 2022” and “China Young Pioneer of Arithmetic Power 2023”. He was honored as “China's Intelligent Computing Science and Technology Innovators 2022” and “China's Young Pioneers of Arithmetic” in 2023.
