José Manuel Augusto Ganga Júnior is the President of the Board of Directors of ENDIAMA E.P. His extensive professional experience includes serving as Resident Director of ENDIAMA in Lunda Norte, Administrative and Financial Director of Sociedade Mineira de Catoca, and 18 years as General Director of Sociedade Mineira de Catoca, which operates the world’s third-largest open-pit diamond mine. In 2012, he was awarded Best Angolan Manager of the Year at the “Prémios Sirius” by Deloitte Consulting.
