Julien Rajan is an Associate Director in BCG’s Calgary office and a core member of the Mining practice. He has more than two decades of mining experience across 5 continents spanning Mining operations (with De Beers), Equipment Supply (with Barloworld Equipment) and Consulting to the mining industry. Julien’s current work focusses on enabling mining players to unlock their full-potential through Strategy definition/execution and Cost and Productivity transformations.
