Kendall Cole-Rae

Kendall Cole-Rae is a mining executive with over 30 years of experience spanning exploration, geology, and resource strategy. Before joining Fleet Space Technologies, he spent 13 years at Rio Tinto, where he most recently served as Head of Exploration Technical Knowledge. His previous roles included Head of Resource and Commodity Knowledge, General Manager of Resource Strategy for Copper & Diamonds, Chief Advisor for Geology & Resource Estimation, and Manager of Resource Geology for the Americas and Africa. Earlier in his career, Kendall held senior technical and leadership positions with Barrick Gold and Kinross Gold.
