Group Executive: Corporate Development and Strategy Impala Platinum Holdings

Kirthanya Pillay is Group Executive: Corporate Development and Strategy, with responsibility for leading the Implats Group’s global strategy and corporate development activities. 
Kirthanya is a senior commercial executive with global experience in finance, investments and strategy across the mining and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to Implats, Kirthanya worked in Investment Banking where she advised global companies on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and stakeholder management.
Kirthanya holds a Business Science (Honours) degree (Actuarial Science, Finance) from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA charterholder.
