Mr Kudzai Mtsambiwa brings more than a decade of senior financial leadership across the mining sector, with deep expertise in African project development, large-scale operations and capital markets. A Chartered Accountant and highly experienced Chief Financial Officer, he has played key roles in advancing companies from exploration through to development and production. Most recently, Mr Mtsambiwa served as CFO of Coda Minerals Ltd (ASX: COD), leading corporate finance, governance and strategic growth initiatives across the company’s copper-gold portfolio. Prior to this, he held senior finance and commercial roles at Perseus Mining Ltd (ASX: PRU), including Group Financial Controller and Group Planning & Business Analyst, during a period of rapid expansion that saw Perseus develop and operate multiple tier-one gold operations across West Africa.
