Background
▪ Mametja Moshe is the founder and CEO of Moshe Capital. She has over 22 years' experience in corporate finance, equities capital markets, debt capital markets, black economic empowerment, accounting, auditing and corporate tax
▪ Mametja obtained her MBA in the Global Executive Program at Columbia Business School and London Business School; and B. Com Hons (Accounting); and B. Com Hons (Management Accounting) degrees from the University of Kwazulu Natal. She is also a qualified chartered accountant (CFA) and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, South Africa (SAICA)
▪ Mametja serves on Boards of blue-chip companies; Non-Executive Director of Impala Platinum and Harmony Gold and Chairperson of Pragma Holdings Limited
Ms Mametja Moshe has executed over R100 billion worth of transactions of which R30 billion are within Moshe Capital and mainly in mining for companies including Exxaro, Sibanye Stillwater (Lonmin), Siyanda Resources, Nkomati Anthracite
