He has an impressive track record in building, growing and realigning businesses, developing and leading people, identifying and unlocking opportunity in nearly every challenge (from the commodity cycle and COVID-19 pandemic to the transition to net zero and transformational technologies), all while championing safety and sustainability, delivering shareholder value and managing wide-ranging complexity. He has recently launched Dytor Capital in 2024. This entity has been focused on consulting and investments, with the most recent investment being Lake International. A business focused on the Food and Beverage Additive industry oh which he also Chairs. He is currently a Non-Executive Board Director of various boards. He has a lifelong passion for sales and is one of very few CEOs from a sales background.
