Marley is the acting Vice President of Innovation at BHP. She brings broad experience across strategy, technology and early stage ventures, having worked at every level of the innovation ecosystem, from large scale corporate transformation to start up execution.
Before stepping into the role, Marley helped build BHP Xplor from the ground up, shaping BHP's global accelerator for early stage mineral exploration companies across its first four cohorts. She specialises in translating fast, entrepreneurial ways of working into scalable, practical solutions for global mining. As VP of Innovation, she focuses on building strong product capabilities that unlock new technologies and drive long term value for the business and the wider industry.
