Mikhail uses his 20 years of experience in Mining and Energy in Africa and globally to support clients involved in the Energy Transition. As Partner and Associate Director in the Climate & Sustainability Practice, he focuses on low carbon electrification, energy storage technologies, and critical mineral supply chains. Prior to BCG, he was CEO of Bushveld Energy, an energy storage company, and a member of the Executive Committee for London-listed Bushveld Minerals.
