Ndulela Canca is a dynamic and accomplished businesswoman with over 21 years of experience in the automotive industry. She currently serves as the Head of Corporate and Product Strategy at Volkswagen Group Africa, where she is a key member of the Executive Team reporting directly to the Managing Director. Her strategic insights and leadership drive sustainable business development and secure the future of innovative automotive solutions across the African region through key stakeholder engagement and lobbying on behalf of Volkswagen Group Africa. Ndulela also serves as a chair of the Strategic working group for the African Associated of Automotive Manufacturers for the past 2 years. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategy, a diploma in Polymer Technology and furthered her education through programs in Marketing, Operations Management, Human Resources Management and Women in Leadership. Having built a strong network of professionals across various sectors on the African continent, Ndulela brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work. She is passionate about driving sustainable business and partnerships across the continent, building networks and inspiring risk-taking among future leaders.
