Pär Göting is a seasoned mining engineer and industry leader with extensive experience in mine development, operations, and execution. He currently runs his own company EXT Mining Projects, where he, together with his team, supports mining customers across the full project lifecycle — from early-stage studies and feasibility assessments to detailed planning, construction, and operational execution. His work at EXT is characterized by a practical, hands-on approach combined with strong strategic oversight, helping clients turn complex mining projects into safe and efficient operations. Pär has held multiple senior leadership positions at several major international mining operations, including General Manager of Boliden Garpenberg. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Skanska, specializing in tunneling and underground construction, building a solid foundation in large-scale engineering projects. With deep technical expertise and broad operational insight, Pär brings a holistic perspective on how to successfully develop and run mining projects in demanding environments.
