Lawyer with extensive experience in EU programmes and international relations, serving in both public institutions and advisory roles in Italy and abroad. After working at the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance on EU cohesion policy, in 2009 he joined the Italian National Promotional Institution, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), where he later headed the Brussels Office and served as Permanent Representative to the EU institutions for a four-year term. He now leads the Country System Initiatives Support Unit and manages the CDP Business Matching Platform to connect Italian companies with global business partners.
