Sean Martin is a finance and technology specialist with two decades of experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation across SAP Finance & Controlling, advanced management accounting, and emerging digital technologies. He began his SAP career in 2005 and has since led and supported complex, multinational implementations across industries including defence, mining, resources food and beverage, utilities, public sector and manufacturing. Sean specialises in SAP S/4HANA Material Ledger and advanced actual costing, helping organisations achieve precise cost transparency, improved profitability analysis and faster, more reliable decision-making. His work consistently focuses on complex financial environments — reducing the “input-to-insight” cycle while strengthening trust in financial data. Beyond enterprise systems, Sean is actively innovating in the practical application of blockchain, distributed ledger technologies and artificial intelligence within an enterprise context. His work spans real-world provenance, trust and decision-support platforms across B2B, B2C, and C2C use cases, enabling transparency, immutability and AI-enhanced insight across complex supply chains and digital ecosystems. A recognised thought leader, Sean has presented at international SAP and digital innovation forums, including the SAP Financials Expert Conference and the Kingdom Digital Saudi event. His work is driven by a core belief that sustainable transformation begins with implementing trust — financially, operationally and technologically.
