I am a highly technical mining engineer with more than 15 years’ experience in the mining industry. 
I have a strong focus on the development of people as the basis for any sustainable work environment and the basis for business improvement.  
I am experienced and knowledgeable in the following areas: 

• Management consulting  
• Research and development 
• Strategy design and implementation 
• Project management office design and implementation 
• Mining operations (Production) 
• Mine technical services 

Amongst my biggest achievements is the work I did in the implementation of the Anglo-American Operating Model, first as a specialist and most recently as Project Manager. This was a strategic design change in the way Anglo-American Operations operate.  
Another notable project I lead was the development and designing of a Program Management Office for the Auditor-General of South Africa where my team designed the philosophy of the office, designed reports on PowerBI, configured Microsoft Projects in line with the new PMO design and trained the organization on the operations of the PMO.
