Tobias Puhlmann is a Programme Director for Environmental Reporting at Shell. He currently leads Shell’s flagship Environmental Insights programme, applying advanced digital, data and automation capabilities to strengthen the company’s licence to operate and unlock business value through smarter carbon and environmental management.
Tobias is passionate about delivering impactful transformation of carbon, environment and sustainability, with a particular focus on the opportunities created by digitisation. His 25 year career spans across energy and mining and is shaped by hands on operational mining experience, including Mozambique, Madagascar, Brazil, and broader South America.
