As the Operations Director at Vuuma Collaborations, a boutique consulting firm driving operational excellence across the mining, manufacturing, and industrial sectors, Antony specialises in translating complex business problems into actionable frontline solutions. With a strong background in mining operations, his work integrates data, leadership, systems thinking, and hands-on implementation to deliver tangible, sustainable results. He believes that lasting improvement begins with people; by fostering cultures of ownership, clarity, and continuous growth within organisations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Extractive Metallurgy an MBA and the Certified Director (Cert.Dir.) designation through the Institute of Directors in South Africa. Antony is an active participant in the Southern African Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (SAIMM) committees and working groups, providing strategic insight and a fresh perspective as a young business leader. He is currently a council member, and he previously served as the chairperson of the Young Professional Council (YPC). Outside of his professional work, Antony is deeply committed to social impact. He serves on the boards of non-profits and social enterprises, supporting initiatives focused on disability advocacy, community development, and inclusive leadership.
