Senior Lead, Dry Bulk Insights Kpler

Alexis joined the Insight team at Kpler in March 2023. Based in London, he has more than a decade’s experience in dry bulk commodity and dry freight research. Alexis is leading the development and expansion of dry bulk research at Kpler. This includes analysis of coal, grain, iron ore, steel, and dry freight markets. In addition to studying market developments and constructing supply, demand, and pricing outlooks, his work includes presenting to clients, speaking at major industry events, and supporting the development of the wider Kpler dry bulk data and freight offering. Before joining Kpler, Alexis was a Director at shipbroker Simpson Spence Young (SSY), where he was part of the SSY Consultancy & Research team.
