Ndalamo Resources (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black-owned and managed mid-tier mining company established in February 2013. The story of Ndalamo Resources is one of vision, growth, and sustainability within South Africa's coal mining sector. The company focuses on mining investment opportunities in the South African market, holding majority direct interests in New Clydesdale Colliery, North Block Complex, Eloff Mining Company, and Ubuntu Colliery coal assets in partnership with Universal Coal. Ndalamo also holds 100% ownership of the Ndalamo Coal - Wonderfontein Mine operation, Arnot South and the fully authorised Greenfields project at Springboklaagte.
