Paul Chongo Kabuswe is a Zambian politician and Member of Parliament for Chililabombwe Constituency. He is currently serving as a Cabinet Minister for Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development.

Honourable Kabuswe born on October 8th, 1973, in Chililabombwe, Zambia, attended his Secondary School at Mufulira Secondary School. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Politics and International Relations from the University of Zambia.
