Johan has worked in the mining & metals industry for over 25 years and has accumulated technical and commercial expertise across multiple commodities and geographies. With a career rooted in operations management, Johan has also had roles responsible for HSE, marketing, commercial, strategy & business development. As a business leader, Johan has led successful operational turnarounds, executed culture transformation programs, and played a key role in digital transformation, operating system deployment and major project delivery.
